TRANSACTION / PURCHASE
- We reserves the right to cancel your order without prior notice from any non-paying customer
- Payment must be received within 2 days. If payment is not received within this period, JDM Concept has the right to cancel your order
- We are not obliged to give you an exchange or refund if you change your mind after the purchase
- If an exception is made and allow a refund or exchange of any part sold, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee
- We can not accept the returns for any incorrectly delivered product with its packaging already opened, or its contents tampered with or already installed
- We do not accept claims of refunds or exchanges of products sold unless it is our fault
- If the parts you buy from us is faulty, we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund


POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address; any costs incurred for re-posting or re-redirection as a result of incorrect information provided, will be the customer's sole responsibility
- Should any incorrect product be sent to you, we will be happy to send the correct item free of charge after we have received back the incorrect product
- All postage incurred for re-sending the incorrect part back to JDM Concept will be fully reimbursed after a copy of the postage receipt has been forwarded
- We will not be held responsible any product that is lost or damaged during domestic delivery
- Please ensure that you inspect your order as soon as it has arrived
- DO NOT sign anything if goods are damaged. Once signed, it is assumed that the item is received in good condition.
- If item is damaged, please inform us within 12 hours as claim must be made within 24 hours
- Any claim for loss or damage as a result of delivery (initial or return) will only be considered if the item has been registered/insured for its appropriate value with Australia Post or courier company

- We are not a licensed garage and shall not be held responsible for any outcome resulting from installing any products. Kindly seek advice from qualified mechanics before installing any parts
- Kindly seek advice from your local authorities on the legality of use of these parts on the public roads or highways in your state
- The part number and images are for GUIDELINE only, please consult qualified mechanics for advice to determine the right part for your car
- Any legal costs, safety issues or damages incurred as a result of purchasing and using parts sold by JDM Concept, will be the sole responsibility of the customer

STATUS / STOCK AVAILABILITY
- In the event that part is advertised to be "In stock now (Sydney)" at the time of purchase and turns out to be either of the following: "8-14 days (via Japan)", "6-8 weeks (via Japan)" or "3-4 months (via Japan)", you are entitled to a refund, a credit or proceed with the order
- You will be informed of incorrect status and we will proceed to a refund, a credit or continue with the order after we have been advised of your decision via email

Yes! Our advertised price on our website include taxes be it GST or duty. Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia is a Value Added Tax (VAT) on the supply of goods and services in Australia while duty is the tax charged when goods are imported into Australia.

GST rate is 10% while duty for motor vehicle parts are generally at 10%.

Yes, please make full payment including delivery fee (if chosen) to complete the transaction. We do not accept partial payment and your order will not be processed.

We only accept payment via bank deposit by internet banking or over-the-counter deposit only. We do not accept credit card payment or paypal in order to keep prices as low as possible for our valued customers.

Yes you can pick up for your parts. However, parts must be paid before order can be picked up. It is also strictly by appointment only, please give us notice when you want to pick up the parts as we are not available all day.

Please kindly note that there is no browsing facility at the pick up location as this is just a pick up location only.

The pick up place is at (A) Shell petrol station at Maroubra along Anzac Parade. The address is 959-961 Anzac Parade, Maroubra NSW 2035. The Shell station is in between Fitzgerald Avenue and Beauchamp Road.

We send out all our parts as quick as possible, however we cannot perform miracles here. We are based in sydney and if you are in perth, it will usually take about 5-6 days to reach there.
